Damaged Product
- If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of the delivery date by sending an email to earthwe.and@gmail.com.
- Your email should include the order number, an image of the invoice, one image of the outer box, and two clear images of the damaged product.
- If your order included multiple items, only the damaged item(s) can be returned and replaced.
- We will promptly resend and replace the damaged product(s) and work with you to find an amicable solution.
- Our team will respond to your email within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
Missing Product
- If a product is missing from your order, please notify us within 5 days of the delivery date by sending an email to earthwe.and@gmail.com.
- Your email should include the order number, an image of the invoice, one image of the outer box, and two clear images of the opened box with all received items visible.
- While we do not offer refunds for missing items, we will promptly resend the missing product.
- Our team will respond to your email within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
Spoiled Product
- If you believe your product has spoiled, please notify us within 10 days of the delivery date by sending an email to earthwe.and@gmail.com.
- Your email should include the order number, the packaging or manufacturing date, and clear images or a video of the product.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns due to variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma. Our products are completely natural and made primarily by hand, so no two batches are identical. We assure you that no compromise is made in our natural production process, and we use only the best, natural ingredients to retain maximum nutritional value.
- We will work with you to find an amicable solution. The product will be replaced after due investigation and diligence, ensuring a fair outcome.
